Meet Bri Sexton, Fitness Director and Lead Instructor for BLAST. Her driven involvement in physical activity started at a young age with skiing, hiking, competitive fastpitch, and scuba diving. She started teaching group fitness classes while pursuing her undergraduate degree, and now has over 15 years of experience and 11 different certifications. Bri was imported to the South from the Seattle area in 2008 while working as a Marine Biologist, but is now full-time BLAST! Outside the studio Bri has a passion for international/adventure travel, Seahawks football and her two feisty wiener dogs!

This is Clara, our Registered Dietitian currently based in Asheville, NC. Clara grew up and went to school in Georgia, graduated from UGA, and moved to North Carolina last year to complete an dietetic internship. Clara is a firm believer that optimum nutrition plays an important role in a person’s overall health and fitness, and she loves helping and empowering others to achieve their goals and live their healthiest life, whether it be through weight loss, weight maintenance, or performance improvement."
