Game day snacks | Edamame hummus

Try this awesome game day snack from our friends at good measure meals - registered dietitians
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup edamame
2 Tbsp water
Zest of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
5 medium to large basil leaves, thinly sliced
1. Place garlic, tahini and lemon juice in the bowl of a small food processor. Puree until the tahini and lemon juice are combined and smooth.
2. Add the edamame, water, zest, spices, salt and oil and puree until everything is well-blended, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
3. Add basil leaves and run food processor until basil is incorporated but small flecks of basil still remain. Serve with pita chips and fresh vegetables.
