RESERVATIONS AND LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations are not required, but are highly recommended due to studio capacity.
Reservations for classes may be cancelled online, through our app ("BLASTLife" in the app store) or by calling the studio at least 8 hours prior to the start of class. If you cancel within the 8 hours prior to the start of class, you will be charged a Late Cancel Fee based on your package - clients with Unlimited packages will be charged the price of a single class to the credit card on file, while clients with a series package will have a class pulled from their account.
Appointments for profile or nutrition services may be cancelled or rescheduled by emailing or calling the studio at least 12 hours prior to the appointment start time. If you cancel within the 12 hour window prior to your appointment, or you do not show up, you will be charged a $40 Late Cancel Fee.
Clients must be 16 years old and over to participate in a BLAST class. Clients aged 16 & 17 are welcome to participate in a BLAST class with a signed parental waiver on file. Please verify with the front desk that your waiver is valid before the start of your first class.
The waitlist is first come first serve!!
When you clear the waitlist, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call. If you clear the waitlist more than 8 hours before class start time you are automatically confirmed in that class and are responsible for that reservation. If you clear the waitlist less than 8 hours before class start you MUST respond within 1 hour to confirm that you will be attending. If you do not confirm within 1 hour, your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
You MUST sign/check in when you arrive at the studio! If you do not sign/check in, you run the risk of forfeiting your space or being late cancelled, simply because we cannot confirm that you are present for that class.
Specific treadmills cannot be reserved, for yourself or another participant at this time.
Complimentary classes of any kind (including First Class Complimentary) are not eligible for use on Holidays or for Specialty Classes.
Clients may sign up for class as far in advance as their package will allow.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND RETURN POLICY
BLAST requires a valid credit card on file for each account. If for any reason your credit card becomes invalid we will attempt to email you once. If we do not receive an updated card 12 hours prior to your next scheduled class we will cancel your reservation for that class to avoid potential unpaid reservations or Late Cancel fees. Failure to update your credit card information in 48 hours will result in account suspension.
In the event that the credit card provided does not go through for any reason whatsoever, all of the existing class reservations will be immediately canceled and your membership will be suspended until you update the payment method and your account balance is reconciled.
All unworn and unwashed BLAST apparel is subject to a 7-day return policy for exchange or full refund.
WALK-IN POLICY AND TARDINESS
If you have a reserved space and are running late, please call the studio so your spot will not be given away. If we do not hear from you or cannot get in touch with you by 5 minutes after class has started, your space can be forfeited to a waitlist/walk-in client.
Walk-in clients MUST check with the front desk staff to ensure space availability. If the class is full, you will be added to the waitlist. Walk-in/waitlist priority is based on time of arrival.
If you are on the waitlist or walk in to the studio to take a class and the class is full, you must wait to be cleared by the front desk (minimum of 5 minutes after the class has started) before you can enter the class.
